<em><strong>K&nbsp;+&nbsp;S&nbsp;Sel&nbsp;Windsor&nbsp;lt\u00e9e<\/strong><\/em>, est situ\u00e9e aux \u00celes-de-la-Madeleine, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 Grosse-\u00cele.<br \/>\nC\u2019est une mine de sel, la seule au Qu\u00e9bec.<br \/>\nC\u2019est la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise d\u2019exploration mini\u00e8re (SOQUEM) qui a d\u00e9couvert les d\u00f4mes de sel dont celui de Grosse-\u00cele.<br \/>\nIl y en a 7 en tout, c\u2019\u00e9tait en 1972.<br \/>\nUn de ces d\u00f4mes est localis\u00e9 sous Grosse-\u00cele, il est le plus pr\u00e8s de la surface.<br \/>\nDepuis 1982, le sel est extrait de ce d\u00f4me.<br \/>\nLe sel produit est utilis\u00e9 pour le d\u00e9gla\u00e7age des routes.<br \/>\nMalgr\u00e9 que les d\u00f4mes soient pr\u00e8s de la surface, l\u2019exploitation se fait sous terre, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une profondeur de 489&nbsp;m\u00e8tres.<br \/>\nOn y extrait plus de 1,300,000&nbsp;tonnes m\u00e9triques de sel chaque ann\u00e9e.<br \/>\nSelon les pr\u00e9visions, les activit\u00e9s \u00e0 la mine pourraient se poursuivre pendant encore 30&nbsp;ans.<br \/>\nEnviron 150&nbsp;personnes travaillent \u00e0 <strong>Mines\u00a0Seleine<\/strong>. Ce sont, en grande majorit\u00e9, des Madelinots.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s 30&nbsp;ann\u00e9es d\u2019activit\u00e9s, <strong>Mines&nbsp;Seleine<\/strong> voit poindre une deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de Madelinots \u00e0 sa mine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
